RubyOrbit is an AI team member for real estate teams. When a new lead comes in and nobody on your team has called within your head start, its AI caller calls the lead, books the callback with your agent, and keeps following up on its own. It works on top of the CRM you already use.

Is RubyOrbit a CRM?

No. It sits on top of the CRM you already use, such as Real Geeks, Follow Up Boss or KW Command. Nothing moves out of your CRM, and your agents keep working in it.

Do my agents still get the first call?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You set a head start, 45 seconds unless you change it, and up to 10 minutes. The AI caller only rings a new lead when no agent has called by then.

Does the AI caller say it is an AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It introduces itself as a digital member of your team, and says plainly that it is an AI whenever a lead asks. It only calls leads whose sign-up form gave consent to automated calls.

What happens after the first call?

Switch on the built-in campaign and every new lead gets a follow-up plan timed from our study of 69,140,298 CRM events: a quick second try, an email the same day, more calls on days 1 and 3, an email in week 1 and a check-in on day 14. A step is skipped when your agent already did it, and you can stop the campaign for any lead.

Texting is in beta. Each brokerage is registered with the phone carriers before it can text, and we open it one team at a time. Until then, calls and emails carry the follow-up, and the text steps are left to your agent.

Yes. The Team Performance dashboard gives admins and managers per-agent metrics across pipeline and conversion, speed and activity, outcomes and quality, and workload and SLA, filterable by 7d, 30d, 90d, or all-time, with a click-through detail drawer for each team member.

Real Geeks connects directly. Follow Up Boss, KW Command and other lead sources connect through Zapier, a live REST API or a CSV upload. Setup takes about 48 hours, with no migration.

Yes. Every lead gets a 100-point score across Speed, Engagement, Intent, Freshness and Agent Activity, with the reasons shown and a next step, so your agents know where to start when they take over.

RubyOrbit is $49 a user a month, and never more than $499 a month for up to 20 users ($25 for each user after that). AI calls are $0.35 a minute, pay as you go. The first 50 teams keep their price for life and get 100 free AI call minutes. Current beta teams stay free through the beta and lock the founding price when it ends. Every new team starts with a 14-day trial.
